2. Payments & Refunds

• Some features of HeadstartU may require payment. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe.
• Refunds will be considered in accordance with our refund policy (coming soon). If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@headstartsystems.com.

3. Responsibility for Learning

• HeadstartU provides tools to support learning, but ultimate responsibility for the educational progress of any learner remains with the parent, guardian, or educator using the platform.
• We make no guarantees of academic outcomes. Each learner’s experience may vary based on a wide range of personal and contextual factors.

4. Data & Platform Availability

• We strive to provide a reliable and secure service, but HeadstartU is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access caused by external factors beyond our control.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use of HeadstartU after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
